These Terms of Service apply to steelstudtradewear.com and to purchases from Steel & Stud Tradewear, a Saskatchewan-based business. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

Products, sizing, and descriptions
Product descriptions, sizing information, colors, photos, and availability may change. We make every effort to display colors and designs accurately, but screen settings and fabric dye lots can cause variations. Always check sizing charts before ordering.
Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation means we received your order request; it does not mean the order has been accepted. We may refuse, cancel, limit, or refund any order for reasons including inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, or misuse of the website. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes when the carrier records delivery to the address provided, subject to any replacement or refund rights described in our policies and applicable law. You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Apparel that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging may be eligible for return within a specified window. Our current process is outlined in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Promotions, coupons, and gift offers
Promotions, coupon codes, bundles, free-shipping offers, and giveaways may have additional conditions, expiry dates, quantity limits, and geographic restrictions. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time where permitted by law.
Website use
