SHIPPING POLICY

Steel & Stud Tradewear ships from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada to eligible addresses in Canada and the United States.

Processing time

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends, Canadian statutory holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, and inventory issues may extend processing times.

Local pickup — Saskatoon

Free local pickup is available in Saskatoon, SK. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be ready.

Shipping destinations

• Canada: available to most deliverable Canadian addresses.
• United States: available to eligible deliverable U.S. addresses.
• Other international destinations: not available at this time.

Rates

Standard shipping is a flat CAD $9.99 for Canada and U.S. orders. Orders over CAD $75 ship free unless a promotion or checkout message says otherwise.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier. Any delivery dates shown are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or extra costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned because of an address issue, we may need to charge shipping again to resend it.

Customs, duties, and import rules

U.S. orders may be subject to customs inspection, import rules, duties, taxes, brokerage, or carrier fees. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility unless checkout says otherwise.

Damaged in transit?

If anything arrives damaged, email support@steelstudtradewear.com with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery.
