REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Contact window
Email support@steelstudtradewear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
Returns for unworn apparel
Unworn, unwashed apparel in original packaging with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged, wrong, or missing items
If we confirm that your order arrived damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise not as expected, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. We may ask you to keep the packaging while we review the issue with the carrier or fulfillment process.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right gear to you.
Cancellations
Unshipped orders can usually be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be packed or handed to the carrier. If we can cancel before shipment, we will refund the cancelled items to the original payment method.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check the delivery area, mailbox, building office, neighbours, and carrier notices. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early; please allow up to 48 hours. If it is still missing, contact us and we will review replacement or refund options.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Most banks and card issuers post refunds within 5–10 business days after processing, but timing is controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
